Beautiful view, convenient location - across the road there is a beach and a market.BUT during the month of my stay, I was only able to find free sun loungers once to lie near the pool.It feels like the apartments are rented out on a daily basis and crowds of tourists are always occupying everything.

Why there is no grocery cart? it’s very uncomfortable to take in the food products! Also the concierge woman outside of lobby 1 is very rude!

All the pictures you see are true the pools are reaaaaly really nice! Honestly, they should just turn the place into a condotel so they can host events and have proper housekeeping service. People could also vacation in peace without the large signs threatening legal consequences for being a daily/weekly renter.The luggage traffic in and out of this condo makes it soooo obvious most people are visitors. There four pools each with a different purpose! The 1st floor pool is for the sunbathers and there are 3 jacuzzi circles and even a swim up bar area. There are also shallow areas for smaller children. The 30th floor pool has a great view, The 40th floor pool is smaller but the lounge space is so relaxing (look for the white button to turn on the jacuzzi jets!)The 59th floor is nothing but lounge and pool! The pool is under renovation until the end of October and the AC was off in the massive lounge space.The waterfall area was such a refreshing surprise with birds nest swings and regular swings.Floors 2-4 are garages and there are outdoor parking spaces as well. Surprised the gym wasn't an open air design but it's a typical condo gym - nothing special.There is wifi in the pool areas but apparently the password is not given out freely.If you're by the first floor pool use: copa1234The restaurant is copal1wifiThe night market is literally next door with reasonably priced food and the 7 Eleven is a 3 minute walk. The beach is across a four lane street with a traffic light for pedestrians.The condos themselves are typical Bangkok style - small kitchen spaces, tolerable living room spaces. They are manageable but not spectacular. The view of the shoreline at night is very serene!To address the complaints from other reviews:1. I can confirm the complaints about the elevator are unfounded. There are 10 elevators. Since there are 3 lobbies people probably assume they can only use the elevator bank for their lobby, but all the floors are connected! Lobby elevator 3 is the only one that doesn't go past the 40th floor.Lobby 2 only has 2 elevators while the others have 4 each! Save yourself the trouble and avoid the lobby 2 elevators!2. The room numbers are unnecessarily confusing - on one floor there are four condos with 1234 (for example). You have to look carefully to spot the letter that comes before the number. So it is possible for you to hear the sounds of someone trying to use their key card on your door. If you are inebriated it is possible for E to look like B.3. I wouldn't describe the staff as unfriendly. You can't have it both ways- they can't turn a blind eye to the luggage traffic and be sociable at the same time. I appreciated seeing the ladies in boots frequently mopping the pool area floor and the cleaners wiping down the lounge furniture. Definitely bring slippers because the pool areas are very slippery!I would definitely come back to Copacabana again and spend more time in the waterfall area. During the trip they were installing fingerprint and retina scanners so I'm intrigued to see how it affects the luggage traffic.

Uncomfortable From arrival. Confronted with a sign saying it is illegal to stay for days or weekly bookings. The check in information advised not To talk to staff or security.Nobody talks cos everyone is scared of being caught out. This is not a hotel and is designed for owners not tourists.The complex itself is perfect but the above facts make it uncomfortable.We had a melted Kettle broken cupboards and the door return latch was broken. Under the bed and lounge was filthy with long hairs and dust.

Copacabana Jomtien is the best!!I recently had the pleasure of staying at Copacabana Condo, a stunning beachfront high-rise that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the impeccable service and luxurious amenities.**Jomtien Beach Soi 9** The condo's location is unbeatable. Nestled right on the beach, it offers direct access to a pristine private section of the coastline. It's also conveniently close to a variety of top-notch restaurants, charming cafes, and boutique shops, all within walking distance.**Views:** The views from the condo are nothing short of spectacular. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a spacious balcony, I enjoyed breathtaking, unobstructed panoramas of the ocean every day. The sunsets were particularly magical, providing the perfect backdrop for evening relaxation.**Spectacular view at 59floor with infinity pool swimming pool is breathtaking****Building and Facilities:** The building itself is a modern architectural gem. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, and the common areas are meticulously maintained. The array of amenities available is impressive, including a state-of-the-art gym, a serene spa, a stunning rooftop terrace, and an infinity pool that offers a perfect vantage point over the ocean. The security measures are excellent, with a 24/7 security and comprehensive surveillance systems ensuring peace of mind.**Unit Interior:** The condo's interior is the epitome of luxury. The open-concept layout is both functional and spacious, allowing for plenty of natural light. High-end finishes, such as hardwood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances, add a touch of sophistication. The large balcony with comfortable outdoor seating quickly became my favorite spot to unwind and soak in the views.**Maintenance and Management:** The building is impeccably maintained, and the property management team is exceptional. They are professional, responsive, and always ready to assist with any needs, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.**Community:** The residents are a diverse mix of professionals and retirees, creating a vibrant yet peaceful community. Everyone I met was friendly and respectful, contributing to a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The condo association's rules are reasonable and help maintain the high standard of living.**Value:** While the condo is on the higher end of the price spectrum, it offers excellent value given its prime location, luxurious amenities, and stunning views. The condo fees are reasonable and cover a wide range of services, including maintenance, security, and access to all amenities.Overall, Copacabana provides an unparalleled living experience. Its perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and natural beauty makes it an ideal place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of coastal living. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a top-tier beachfront residence.In addition, the Jomtien night market located right beside the condo offers good and cheap food. You can get many varities of food and drinks. A few 7-11 are within 50-200meters radius.

We booked the apartment on Booking. It is on the 18th floor with ocean view. It was spacious, very clean and like new! My mum and I enjoyed our one night stay very much.The apartment has anything you need: kitchen with all utensils for cooking, a washing machine etc.There are 4 (pools) with one on the rooftop on the 59th floor. Any pool was amazing, clean and with stunning views all over Pattaya!Read some negative reviews about waiting long times for elevators. There were about 6-8 elevators and we had to wait 1 min at most.The communication with the owners went solely over what's app but was very smooth.The apartment is one step away from the beach, next to a night market and 7eleven.However the check-in process was a bit weird. We had to drive to a "place" to get the room keys and then get picked up to drive to the actual condo. Anywhere in the building it was pointed out that daily/monthly rental is not allowed. We didn't have any problems but it still felt strange.Also you only get one keycard. You need the card to use the elevator and get in and out.But our stay was overall very pleasant!
