On September 24, 2024, we celebrated a major milestone for our 6-billion-baht condominium project with a Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony, marking the beginning of the main construction phase and showcasing the successful completion of initial site preparations and partnerships. The event began with a traditional merit-making ceremony conducted by nine monks from Wat Boonkanjanaram, attended by Pattaya's Deputy Mayor, Mr. Krisana Boonsawat.
