On September 24, 2024, we celebrated a major milestone for our 6-billion-baht condominium project with a Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony, marking the beginning of the main construction phase and showcasing the successful completion of initial site preparations and partnerships. The event began with a traditional merit-making ceremony conducted by nine monks from Wat Boonkanjanaram, attended by Pattaya’s Deputy Mayor, Mr. Krisana Boonsawat.
The Copacabana Coral Reef Jomtien is a 55-story high-rise with 1,916 residential units, blending modern luxury with functional living. Highlights include a rooftop infinity pool with 360-degree views of Jomtien Beach, a high-ceiling gym, landscaped gardens, and co-working spaces.
We are pleased to share that over 300 units have already been reserved. Completion is expected between 2027 and 2028, with construction progressing smoothly.
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts, we donated 100 wheelchairs to Pattaya City Hospital. Other initiatives include community clean-up events, and providing essential supplies to underprivileged families. โคปาคาบาน่า คอรัล รีฟ จอมเทียน จัดพิธีวางศิลาฤกษ์
เมื่อวันที่ 24 กันยายน 2567 ที่ผ่านมา โคปาคาบาน่า คอรัล รีฟ จอมเทียน ได้จัดพิธีวางศิลาฤกษ์ โครงการคอนโดมิเนียม มูลค่า 6,000 ล้านบาท ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการเริ่มต้นการก่อสร้างโครงการอย่างเป็นทางการ แสดงถึงความสำเร็จในการเตรียมพื้นที่ก่อสร้างและความร่วมมือต่างๆ โดยเริ่มงานด้วยพิธีทำบุญทางศาสนาแบบดั้งเดิม นำโดยพระสงฆ์ 9 รูป จากวัดบุญกาญจนาราม โดยมีนายกฤษณะ บุญสวัสดิ์ รองนายกเมืองพัทยา ให้เกียรติเข้าร่วมพิธี
โคปาคาบาน่า คอรัล รีฟ จอมเทียน เป็นอาคารสูง 55 ชั้น ประกอบด้วยห้องชุดพักอาศัยจำนวน 1,916 ยูนิต ผสมผสานความหรูหราทันสมัยเข้ากับการใช้ชีวิตที่ลงตัว จุดเด่นของโครงการ ได้แก่ สระว่ายน้ำแบบอินฟินิตี้บนชั้นดาดฟ้าพร้อมวิวหาดจอมเทียนแบบ 360 องศา ห้องออกกำลังกายเพดานสูง สวนสวย และพื้นที่ทำงานร่วมกัน
