Terms & Conditions SEA YOU AT COPACABANA CORAL REEF JOMTIEN
- Participants who wish to receive a souvenir must register through the project’s official registration form and provide complete and accurate information for verification and follow-up by the team.
- Our team will contact participants who have successfully completed the registration within 7 working days to confirm eligibility and schedule an appointment to receive the souvenir.
- Participants must present the name and phone number used during registration to the staff. This is required at the registration point to verify eligibility before receiving the souvenir.
- The souvenir redemption is limited to 1 person per 1 entitlement throughout the campaign period.
- Souvenirs are available in limited quantities and are reserved only for those who have registered in advance and visited the Copacabana Coral Reef Jomtien project with a sales representative.
- The souvenir for this campaign is the Copacabana Collection Bag, prepared for participants who register and visit the project in accordance with the specified conditions.
- The company reserves the right to allow participation and souvenir redemption only for participants who comply with the campaign rules. Personal information provided in the registration form will be used solely for the purpose of contacting participants, providing project information, and verifying eligibility for the campaign.
- By participating in this activity, participants consent to the company collecting and using their images, videos, or messages for the company’s marketing purposes.
- The souvenir cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be changed or transferred to another person.
- The activity may be canceled or modified if necessary, without prior notice.
- The company reserves the right to terminate or modify the campaign, cancel or add terms and conditions without prior notice, and revoke the rights of participants if any fraudulent activity is detected.
- Campaign Period: From Today – 30 April 2026, or until all souvenirs have been fully distributed.
