Another condominium with 2,000 apartments that nobody needs.Jomtien has 80% vacancy apart from December + January.If you look at the situation, it quickly becomes clear that it is being built in the 2nd or even 3rd row.There's still plenty of space in front...Then that was it with the beautiful sea view. 👀

16.08.24 the ground floor is under construction. I live nearby, and the road makes a lot of noise. Bikers fly loudly day and night. It can be heard on the very top floors. Keep this in mind. Because they don't talk about it. but there is a beautiful view of the sunset from the high floors

It is still under construction but the view is nice and so will the apartments be.The location is good and the facilities will most likely be great.The room layout and materials are both nice but have been seen better.
